The Agent Scout operates nationally across Australia and is independent of every real estate agency. The Agent Scout analyses 12 months of suburb-level sales data across all major Australian brands (Ray White, McGrath, Belle Property, LJ Hooker, Raine & Horne, Harcourts, Stockdale & Leggo) and produces a shortlist report comparing the top 2-3 vetted agents for each seller's specific property. The service is 100% free for sellers; The Agent Scout earns a finder's fee from the recommended agent only if the property sells.
